Our Mission at OUTSOURCE ASIA, LLC is to leverage our experience and ability to recruit and manage Vietnamese staff, while utilizing our fully furnished office space and the latest information technologies, to deliver targeted staffing solutions for global clients who can now enjoy a seamless working experience with overseas staff along with the improved work efficiencies and competitive advantages that outsourcing offers. This is how to get started:
1. Initial Client Meeting
Introduce range of services to prospective client
Listen to and understand client needs and requirements
2. Schedule a Client Strategic Planning Meeting(s)
Discuss and review Client’s business process(es) and how the staff from Outsource Asia can be integrated into the Client’s workflows
Discuss steps for integration, communication protocols, and staff training
3. Contract Review
Discuss our standard terms and conditions as well as any client special requests or concerns
4. Finalize and Sign Contract

Outsource Asia provides full-time general management of client staff who work out of our offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Outsource Asia provides staff with a modern, clean, safe and environmentally friendly working environment with comfortable furniture, up-to-date computers and operating software, air conditioning and high-speed internet
Our clients train and then work with the same staff every day, same as they would with on-site or local remote full-time employees
Our clients typically provide their Vietnam staff with their own company e-mail addresses and provide staff access to their own online file sharing or other online corporate platforms
As part of our ongoing service commitment to our clients, Outsource Asia provides weekly reports to briefly summarize the work assigned and work completed as well as any other pertinent issues to track progress and maintain open lines of communication
We recommend that our Clients assign one person as a single point of contact for working with their team in Vietnam, as this makes the work much more efficient, as opposed to having multiple US staff try to work with the Vietnam staff
For growth planning, we recommend that for every team of eight to ten staff in Vietnam, our Clients also employ one full time manager/coordinator in Vietnam to streamline communications and better prioritize and manage work as needed

Our initial engagement with Outsource Asia was five staff to assist with bookkeeping and accounts payable issues. It took a few weeks to train the Vietnam staff to work how we wanted, but we eventually got the same productivity out of the Vietnam staff as our Australian staff. Over the next six months, we added scheduling, drafting and engineering services and have grown to 25 staff in Vietnam, and we expect our corporate profits and operating efficiencies to improve significantly.
